1. How and where can I buy your products?

Try Merry Products can be purchased exclusively online at trymerry.com. We do not sell through instant messengers, social networks or by phone.


2. Do you really have free shipping? And what is about DHL?

Delivery of our goods is free of charge worldwide. We have express delivery carrying out by couriers within several cities of Russian Federation which are mentioned in the Order Form. For those Customers whose city is not available (and not shown in the Order Form) for express delivery by courier and for those who do not want to go to the post office to get the parcel and want their order to be delivered directly to the house and in a shorter time than Russian Post offers, we propose an additional opportunity of DHL delivery which is chargeable. Shipping cost for DHL delivery is different for each direction and is calculated individually at the time of ordering. 3. Which cities are available for express delivery by courier?

Courier Deliveries can be made to the following cities: Moscow, Saint Petersburg, Barnaul, Belgorod, Vladivostok, Ekaterinburg, Irkutsk, Orel, Kazan, Yaroslavl, Nizhny Novgorod, Saratov, Omsk, Novosibirsk, Kemerovo, Krasnodar, Krasnoyarsk, Novokuznetsk, Tyumen, Tomsk, Chelyabinsk, Samara, Orenburg, Perm. Rostov-on-Don, Sochi, Ufa, Bryansk, Vladimir, Ivanovo, Cherepovets, Vologda, Tver, Kostroma, Kaluga, Tula, Kursk, Pskov, Smolensk, Voronezh, Ulyanovsk, Cheboksary, Naberezhnye Chelny, Penza, Volgograd, Kirov, Yoshkar ol, Astrakhan, Stavropol, Pyatigorsk, Makhachkala, Surgut, Khabarovsk. Our logistics partners are constantly working on expanding geography of express delivery. If you did not find your city in the list provided above you are welcome to choose Air Mail Delivery operated by Russian Post for free or DHL for chargeable delivery. 4. How fast can you deliver?

Express delivery by courier in Moscow and St. Petersburg is available on working days from 10.00 to 18.00 in 2-3 business days after placing the order. Express Delivery to the regions is carried out within 4-7 business days after placing the order depending on the region. Air Mail delivery is carried out according to the terms of the postal service of Russian Post for your region. It is normally around 1-2 weeks for Europe and Asia and up to 3 weeks for USA and Australia. Delivery service DHL is carried out within 2-5 business days after placing the order and depending on the region. 5. Do you have fitting options?

Yes, you can fit our goods when they are delivered by Express delivery by courier. Courier will wait for 15 minutes while you try on clothes and make your choice. We would be happy to provide more time for a fitting, but the logistics company engaged in the delivery of our products has its own rules and we are respectful to them.


5. Can I cancel my order?

You can at any time to cancel your order writing us an email with your order number on hello@trymerry.com. If your order has been handed over to the shipping company, you can also refuse it in the presence of the courier. Money for Air Mail and Express Delivery will not be charged and delivery will remain free. If you have shodden DHL chargeable delivery and refuse your order in the presence of the courier, you will be returned money you have paid for the order except DHL delivery cost. You can also make a partial return to the courier by paying only a fraction of the things that you would like to purchase after fitting. This option is available for Express Delivery by couriers in Moscow and St. Peterburg only. If you paid for your order by credit card and it has already been sent to you it is still possible to cancel your order but only after returning back the goods to Try Merry store in its original form with all labels and packaging. To do this you will need to receive your order and send it back to us. Sending the order in this case is carried out at the expense of the Purchaser.


5. How to return a product that I did not like?

You can return the goods within 14 working days after their receiving. There are several ways to return the goods to us:

- Full or partial return to the courier upon express delivery. It is carried out at our expense.

- Full or partial return to our office at Moscow, Nizhny Kislovskiy lane, 3. It is carried out at the expense of the Purchaser.

- Full or partial return by any transport company or Air Mail to the address 125009, Russia, Moscow, Nizhny Kislovskiy Pereulok 3, office 45. It is carried out at the expense of the Purchaser.

6. I have for the wrong size, can I change it for the proper one?

Yes, we can replace the product if it is available in stock. Due to the remote way of selling, goods replacement is only possible by sending the wrong item to us and making a new order in our online shop. We will send you the goods as soon as we get your return back to our office. For more information please read "Purchases and returns" section in the menu bar.


7. I have placed an order on your site, but I did not receive any confirmation phone call. What should I do?

We do not make phone calls to our customers immediately after ordering, meaning this is not ethic to duplicate just committed action. After placing an order you will get an e-mail and text message containing your order status. Meanwhile some countries, for instance France don't accept text messages from Russian providers so don't get nervous - you will still receive an email confirming your order and containing a link to track the order. We kindly ask you to pay attention to the contact information you give when placing an order to avoid errors and delayed delivery. You will also receive a text message as soon as your order will be sent to a delivery service or mailed. If you choose express delivery by courier you will get a phone call and be informed with an expected time of delivery. If you choose Air Mail delivery by Russian Post the tracking number of your parcel will be listed in the status of your order at our website. If you choose DHL delivery you will be contacted directly by the DHL courier on the delivery day. You can any time track your order on our website in the "order status" section.


8. How to choose the right size? What is the size SS or SL?

Meaning the fact that we are all different not only by weight and size but also by height, we have tried to make our dimensional grid as convenient for everyone as possible. Our products differ not only in volume but also in length. Thus, we have a size S for ladies with small height and it's called SShort, for a high height we have SLong size and for an medium height we offer a standard size S. The same principle applies to products with sizes M and L. Considering the remote method of selling, we recommend you to read attentively our Size Guide available in the bottom menu of the site, as well as to read the description of the product, where we point out some of the parameters in centimeters.


9. I always wear `S size, and your S small / large for me. Why?

We would be happy for existence of a one world-dimensional grid, but it is not possible due to physiological features of people from around the world. American dimensional grid differs from the European: the US Size S is typically European size M, and occasionally even L. Asian clothing sizes are different from European downwards, where the Asian S will be equal to European XS. At the same time, European sizes also vary from country to country, this is an entertaining puzzle of our world. Try Merry Size Chart best meets Italian dimensional grid, so we brought in our table different dimensional grids: Italian, Russian and our own in order to help you to make the right choice.


10. Why Basecamp collection is cheaper than other collections? Do you use cheaper fabrics?

In principle, we do not use cheap fabrics to create our goods. Collection of basic apparel Basecamp is sewn from high quality materials of European and Asian manufactures, but does not include complicated cut and prints and is also produced in a much larger edition than our core and capsule collections. As a result it has a lower product cost with a similar quality.


11. Where can I download your playlists?

You can listen to all of our playlists by tag #music in our Blog as well as in our account at MixCloud. Download playlists is prohibited due to musicians authority rights, nevertheless you can buy the music officially where you usually buy it. Our playlists are created for listening only, not for content distribution.


12. What is your Try Merry Video editor and how to get high-quality video to Instagram?

Our video editor TMVideo is designed for quick and easy video editing focused primarily on publishing them in Instagram. Videos are exported in HD, but Instagram compresses it further before the publication slightly reducing the quality of the video. Our video editor includes all the basic editing functions - gluing frames, gluing effects, filters, works with the soundtrack and music. In order to slow down the video, you should film it in slow motion mode, which is 120 or 240 frames per second. Standard video capture speed on the iPhone is 60 fps. We strongly recommend not to to stretch the video shot at 60 frames per second to 240 frames and even 120. We recommend you to shoot a video in straightway in slow-motion mode if you want to edit it in slow-motion . In this case, you can always accelerate slow-motion to a standard speed video as well as go back to the original slow-motion mode using turtle icon.
